It's a Journey.

I'm 5'10, 170 pounds with a goal weight of 125.
I'm a dancer who unfortunately gained 60 pounds (15 of which i've already lost) after a knee injury/surgery, and now that my knee is better and I'm back in dance, I want my old body back.
In fact, I want to be even healthier and fit this time around than I ever was before!
Therefore this is a LIFESTYLE CHANGE, not just a diet.
I am now a proud ALMOST vegan, but I do eat dairy/eggs about 10-15% of the time.
I would love to one day be completely vegan, 100% of the time.
Lets get skinny bitches ;)
